Xia Wu is a high school teacher in Harbin local community. She is the leader of Mock Union Nation Harbin. Xia talks about her idea through a series of her trips all around the world at TEDxSonghuaRiver.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience.
