Bangladeshi officials have accused the operator of a container depot of failing to report the presence of a chemical stockpile there before it exploded on Saturday. At least 41 people were killed and hundreds hurt. Those among the dead include firefighters who had responded to a fire on the site. Firefighters continue to battle the massive fire in Sita-kunda, near the port of Chatto-gram.
