Search and rescue efforts are ongoing after at least 77 migrants died when their boat sank off the Syrian coast near Tartous. The boat carrying around 150 people had departed from Lebanon, where the economy minister says migrant boats leave on a daily basis, despite the risks involved. Priyanka Navani reports from Beirut.
