China’s Belt and Road Initiative spells out huge opportunities for Hong Kong’s financial services industry, says Laura Cha. Hong Kong can provide professional services and assist enterprises to invest in or use Hong Kong as a platform to raise funds and issue financial instruments, says the Chairman of the Hong Kong Financial Services Development Council, while the upcoming Belt and Road Summit on 18 May 2016 will increase awareness of the Initiative.
