Essam Abulkhaire
He is an EFL (English as a foreign language) teacher at the British council, Egypt. His qualifications include a BA in TEFL (teaching English as a foreign language), a diploma in English studies and the CELTA (Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). In August 2012, he completed his first post-CELTA qualification: the YL Extension to CELTA. He has recently started the DELTA.

Farid Abu Hadid
He is the founder and CEO of "IHYAA" Academy, an educational institution aims to discover and develop youth capabilities and link them to the real life.
Farid was one of Ain Shams University graduates who left his career as an engineer and a project manager in a renowned company to run IHYAA Academy. He participated in a lot of student activities mainly interested in education, and was also a founder of a lot of workshops in Ain Shams University.

What is informal education? Can we depend on it and obviate schools? Is informal education more effective than the formal one? The answers of all these questions are discussed in a debate between Essam Abulkhaire and Farid abo Hadid, that will make you think and might even change your mind.
