The city of Minneapolis has agreed to pay 27 million dollars to the family of George Floyd - the black man who was killed by a police officer, last year. Floyd died after former police officer Derek Chauvin pinned him to the ground with his knee. The deal is the biggest settlement of its kind in US history. Wilson Dizard reports.
