Tropical Storm #Nalgae is leaving the #Philippines. It's claimed the lives of almost 50 people, with around two dozen still missing and many injured. Around 170,000 had been sheltering in evacuation centres as the storm brought heavy rain and wind gusts of up to 130 kilometres an hour. Sarah Balter reports.
