You'll need

5 eggs
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla sugar

For the milk sauce;

3 1/2 cups milk (700 ml)
3 tbsp granulated sugar
200 ml heavy cream

For the caramel sauce;

1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp butter
200 ml heavy cream

For the top;

1 pack whipped cream powder (75g)
1 cup cold milk (200 ml)

1 cup = 200 ml
