Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan met and shared words briefly with US President Donald Trump on the sidelines of the two-day NATO summit currently being held in the Netherlands and set to end on June 25.

The Turkish President also attended a royal dinner hosted by King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima of the Netherlands on June 24 for world leaders gathering in The Hague for the NATO summit.

Erdogan is expected to engage in bilateral meetings with multiple world leaders during the summit, focusing on strategic threats and risks facing the Euro-Atlantic region.
