An injured Palestinian man was bound to the hood of a military vehicle by Israeli forces in Jenin’s Jabarat area, West Bank.

Israeli forces prohibited emergency services from helping the man, but according to the Palestinian Red Crescent Society, he was eventually allowed to be transferred to hospital for necessary treatment.
