Kurt Volker on Ukraine war, Wagner and Pentagon leak

Former US Ambassador to NATO Kurt Volker says he believes Vladimir Putin invaded under the wrong assumption that the US and NATO did not have the will to help Ukraine. The veteran diplomat, who was also Special Representative for Ukraine under Donald Trump, talks to The InnerView about the roots of the conflict and why he thinks Ukraine will not turn into a protracted quagmire.
