Making Incredible Change: Nkotlana Rosey Seima at TEDx Westerford High School, Cape Town

Rosey speaks about making incredible change in her community. An inspiring talk given by a girl who is only 16 years old!

Rosey is from Realogile High School in Alexandra, Johannesburg. At 16 years old and in grade 11, she is a young, passionate, determined and hardworking leader who involves herself in numerous programmes and projects. These projects deal with social issues, including being a chairperson for MIC, (Making Incredible Change) an initiative formed by US students who aim to change her community's high schools for the better. The initiative began last year numerous projects including one dealing with teenage pregnancy. Their next campaign is "GET HIGH ON EDUCATION AND NOT ON DRUGS AND ALCOHOL." She believes that the youth have the power to not only make a difference in their own lives, but in the lives of their fellow citizens.
