Police in the US state of Michigan have released videos that show a white officer fatally shooting 26-year-old Black man Patrick Lyoya. There was a struggle during a traffic stop, but as the footage shows, Lyoya was pinned to the ground when the officer shot him. Liz Maddock has the details.
