Matt is a writer, performer, improviser, and musician born and raised in the Detroit area. For the past eight years Matt has performed in various improv troupes and shows at The Second City Detroit, Improv Inferno, Planet Ant, and Go Comedy! Improv Theater. Matt is a member of the Go Comedy! Improv Theater resident cast and can be seen performing in Rock-O-Matic, The All-Star Showdown, Matt Naas & The Sing-a-long Singers, and other shows with hyphens.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
