A U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Headquarters pilot program called the “Joint Risk Registry” is being tested and used to identify risk, potential impacts, and mitigation measures associated with the ongoing Chickamauga Lock Replacement Project’s lock chamber contract. Cullen Jones, Nashville District commander, welcomes Adam Walker, Nashville District project manager, and Bill Groth, AECOM project manager, to share how they are actively working together to reduce safety risk and identify opportunities for improvement at Chickamauga Lock on the Tennessee River in Chattanooga, Tenn.
