Ukraine has accused Russia of blowing up a major dam in a part of Southern Ukraine. The Nova Kakhovka dam is on the Dnipro river in the southern Kherson region. It is one of Ukraine's biggest dams. The governor of the region has ordered thousands of residents downriver to evacuate. Sena Saylan reports.
