23. Akbank Caz Festivali kapsamında düzenlenen "Kampüste Caz" konserleri, Türkiye'nin çeşitli illerindeki üniversitelerde caz müziğin coşkusunu gençlerle buluşturdu . Sponsorluğunu ABD Büyükelçiliği'nin yaptığı Amerikalı caz/funk grubu Sean Nowell & The Kung-Fu Masters, bu yıl 4-19 Kasım tarihlerinde gerçekleşen etkinliğe katılan tanınmış caz sanatçılar arasında yer aldı. 70'lerin Kung-fu filmleri, anime ve çizgi romanlarından ilham alan Sean Nowell & The Kung-Fu Masters, yüksek enerjileri ve çarpıcı efektleriyle müzikseverlere unutulmaz bir görsel ve işitsel şölen yaşattı.

New York'da tohumları atılan ve caz dünyasının tanıdığı üretken müzisyenlerle etkisini uluslararasına da taşıyan Sean Nowell & The Kung-Fu Masters'a Türkiye turnesinde Ercüment Orkut, Art Hirahara, Alper Yılmaz, ve Marko Djordevic eşlik etti.

Sean Nowell & The Kung-Fu Masters Met With Youth in Their Tour of Turkey
As part of the 23rd Akbank Jazz Festival, the "Jazz on Campus" concerts continued to bring the joy of jazz music to young people at universities in various provinces of Turkey. Sponsored by the U.S. Embassy in Ankara, American jazz/funk band Sean Nowell & The Kung-Fu Masters is among the famous jazz artists participated in the concerts series which took place on November 4-19th this year. Inspired by 70's kung-fu movies, anime, and comic books; the band will give an unforgettable auditory and visual feast to audience with their high energy and blazing effects. This project, formed in NYC, has featured some of the most progressive and adventuresome musicians in the world. Ercüment Orkut, Art Hirahara, Alper Yılmaz, and Marko Djordevic joined to Sean Nowell's concert performances in his tour of Turkey.
