Serving up Global Delicacies & Stylish Houseware Products this August 2015

The annual summer feast, the HKTDC Food Expo will be held from 13 to 17 August 2015 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. This year, Food Expo will feature over 1,100 global food and beverage exhibitors, including new participating countries from the United Kingdom and Ukraine.
One of the highlights in Food Expo is definitely the popular Gourmet Zone (13 - 16 Aug, Hall 3B). Over 70 worldwide exhibitors are offering the highest quality food and beverage products in four themes: Western Delicacy, Asian Cuisine, Chic & More, and Sweet Delight. Visitors can explore different gastronomic realms through Wagyu beef, fresh seafood, premium coffee, fine wine, jamon, abalone, fusion ice-cream, specialty cheese and so much more. Over 20 renowned chefs and celebrities will showcase their culinary wizardry with cooking demonstrations held at various timeslots at Star Kitchen in the Gourmet Zone and IC Lifestyle Theatre at Home Delights Expo.
The HKTDC Home Delights Expo returns in triumph from 13 to 17 August this year, concurrently held with the Food Expo. Visitors will find quality electrical appliances and household products alongside their food journey.
