Technology in addressing the Governance Gap: M.N.Vidyashankar at TEDxPESITBSC

M.N. Vidyashankar obtained a post graduate degree in Business Administration from Harvard University, USA . He joined Indian Administrative Service in the year 1982. Worked as Chief Electoral Officer from 1st April 2008 to 30th June 2009 and Principal Secretary, Department of Information Technology, Biotechnology and Science & Technology, Government of Karnataka till 9th July, 2012. Currently working as Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Commerce and Industries, Government of Karnataka. Major areas of interest: Downsizing, right sizing, Re-engineering, E-Governance, and Customer Relations Management (CRM).
