Surveillance cameras show a car chasing down a young boy cycling along the street and reversing backwards deliberately to hit the boy in Agachaul, Russia.

Later, two teenagers step out of the car and watch as the child screams in pain only to drive away when another car approaches as the injured child manages to escape.

Hours after the incident, the victim’s family found and set fire to the perpetrators’ vehicle.

The regional Ministry of Internal Affairs confirmed the deliberate nature of the attack and detained the driver, who believed that the child had obstructed their path and decided to take revenge.
