The Cake Recipe Everyone Will Ask For! ???? SAND CAKE

You’ll need

3 eggs
¾ cup granulated sugar
100 ml milk
100 ml vegetable oil
1 + ¼ cups all-purpose flour
3 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tsp vanilla sugar
2 tsp baking powder
200 ml milk (to wet the cake)

For the top;
150 g chocolate pudding mix
400 ml milk
15 cocoa tea biscuits

Here's how

1- In a whisking bowl, beat 3 eggs with ¾ cup of granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
2- Add 100 ml of milk, 100 ml of vegetable oil, 1 + ¼ cups of all-purpose flour, 3 tbsp cocoa powder, 2 tsp of vanilla sugar and 2 tsp of baking powder, and continue beating.
3- Line an oven tray with parchment paper and place the cake pan.
4- Pour the cake batter and spread with the help of a spatula.
5- Bake in an oven preheated at 170°C about 20 minutes.
6- After cooled slightly, poke holes on the surface of the cake with the help of a toothpick.
7- Pour 200 ml of milk onto the cake.
8- Spread the chocolate pudding over the cake. To make the pudding, combine 400 ml of milk with 150 g of chocolate pudding mix in a pan and bring to a boil, whisking constantly.
9- Place the cocoa biscuits in a ziplock bag and smash with a rolling pin.
10- Sprinkle the smashed biscuits evenly on top of the cake and let it rest for at least 4 hours.
