I made a complete dinner menu with 5 dishes for Iftar in Ramadan.
Turkish Borek (layered phyllo with feta cheese), Beyti kofte kebab with tomato sauce, green beans in olive oil, bulgur pilaf with vermicelli and chickpeas and strawberry ice cream.
For the menu you can make your preparations for kebab and borek in the morning and let them wait in the refrigerator until you bake. With a good plan it is easier to make a complete menu for your guests and loved ones..

Strawberry Ice Cream Recipe:
For the Green Beans in olive oil:
2 medium onions
4 tbsp olive oil
500gr. green beans
2-3 ripe tomatoes
salt to taste
1/4 cup water
For the Bulgur Pilaf With Vermicelli And Chickpeas:
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp vermicelli pasta
2 cups bulgur wheat
about 1 cup cooked chickpeas (optional)
salt and purple dried or fresh basil if you can find
