Entre el 2008 y el 2011, se desempeñó como directora de INECO Infantojuvenil y jefa del área de Psiquiatría Infantojuvenil del Instituto de Neurociencias de la Fundación Favaloro. En el año 2012 junto a otros profesionales fundó PANAACEA (Programa Argentino para Niños, Adolescentes y Adultos con Condiciones del Espectro Autista), proyecto que actualmente preside y al que aboca la totalidad de su tiempo.
