WikiDoc: Democratizing Medical Education | Dr. C. Michael Gibson at TEDxUMassAmherst

Doctor C. Michael Gibson is a Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School, an interventional cardiologist, and a cardiovascular researcher. He was declared one of the top doctors in Boston as a result of his critical developments in cardiology. Dr. Gibson is also the founder of WikiDoc, a nonprofit foundation that provides the world's largest medical textbook, both free to use and share. WikiDoc allows people all over the world, including third world countries, to access the same high level of advanced medical information. Dr. Gibson's efforts have changed the world's standard of care and will continue to #ChangeTheWorld of innovative medical practice.
