Luis Chiva has a medicine PhD medicine in Gynecology and Obstetrics. He was formed in Chicago in the field of cancer gynecology. During the last twenty years he has dedicated his life to the treatment of tumors in women. He is currently the director of the department of Gynecology Oncology of the Oncology Center MD Anderson in Madrid.
He is a professor at the University of Texas and president of the Degree Comission in his institution. Editor of the magazine "Gynecology Oncology: a multidisciplinary focus" and reviser of various magazines in Gynecology Oncology.
