Evacuations are underway in parts of California, as the US state is once again pounded by rain and snow. The storm is part of what meteorologists call an atmospheric river - a current of warm, moist air moving east from the Pacific Ocean to the American mainland. TRT's Andy Roesgen has a closer look.
