INGREDIENTS


1 lb (454 g) Atlantic salmon
or

1lb (454 g) bluefin tuna
or

1lb (454 g) Seabass
or

1lb (454 g) very fresh scallops

1 cup (250 ml) sushi rice

Wasabi

PREPARATION

1.Cut salmon pieces of about 20 g each, against the current of the fish.
