INGREDIENTS


1 lb (454 g) Atlantic salmon
or

1lb (454 g) bluefin tuna
or

1lb (454 g) Seabass
or

1lb (454 g) very fresh scallops

1 cup (250 ml) sushi rice

Wasabi

PREPARATION

1.Cut salmon pieces of about 20 g each, against the current of the fish.

2.Form oblong ball of rice, work with your right hand slightly damp, and the amount of rice shall not exceed 15 mL (1 tbsp) of a piece of sushi. Place the slices of fish in the little finger of his left hand. Spread wasabi on the index finger of your right hand and place the rice.

4. If eating, dip the pieces of sushi, salmon face down on the soy sauce.
