People in Azerbaijan are celebrating the first anniversary of 'Victory Day' after last year's war with Armenia. It's the day Azerbaijani forces recaptured the historic city of Shusha in the Karabakh region. The two sides then agreed to sign a ceasefire. Our diplomatic correspondent Andrew Hopkins reports.
