A Red Cross convoy is on its way to Mariupol, where Moscow has agreed to a limited 24 hour ceasefire. Ukraine's government has sent transportation to the southeastern city to evacuate as many people as possible.

Elsewhere, the northeastern city of Kharkiv has been targeted, and there have been more attacks on Chernihiv in the north, as well as the Kyiv suburbs of Irpin and Makariv. Fighting is taking place in two other suburbs, Hostomel and Brovary, despite a Russian annoincement it woud reduce its attacks around the capital. Mehmet Solmaz reports.
