This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. In this informative talk, school administrator James Bond shares his experiences from the business world and how they can be applied to foster innovation amongst teachers, students and other parties in the educational space.

James Bond is an educator and leader who serves his students and staff allowing them to achieve excellence and become productive members of society making the world a better place. His work in educational reform at Park Manor Public School in Ontario has been highlighted by worldwide educational authority Michael Fullan in Our Journey to Awesome.

James has implemented Lean - The Toyota Thinking Way to improve the educational system and ultimately increase student learning. In his role as a primary school principal, James looks to serve all students to help them learn and be all they can be to make our world a better place by developing global critical thinkers collaborating to change the world.
