A criminal investigation has been launched in Houston, Texas, after eight people died at the #Astroworld music festival on Friday. Scores of concert goers were also injured. The event's organiser, rapper Travis Scott, says he's devastated at what happened, and will help the victims' families. Sally Ayhan reports.
