At just 18 years old, Australian basketball sensation Danté Exum is still an international man of mystery to many fans in the USA. Leading into the NBA Draft, Exum allowed the Red Bull High Performance team to evaluate his mind and body to see what makes him tick - and what makes him an elite player. As part of the testing, which included physical and mental evaluations in a laboratory and on the basketball court, Exum was evaluated in the areas of aerobic capacity, blood pressure, core power, mental sharpness via brain mapping, mobility and reaction to on-court adversity. The assembled team for Exum included experts in sports psychology, nutrition, athletic training, and exercise physiology. The Red Bull High Performance Program launched in 2007 and it supports athletes through individually tailored fitness, nutritional, and mental training.
