Lenka Papadakisová is a businesswoman, educator, traveller, wisdom seeker, coach, and a guide through personal development of leaders and business people. She started her corporate education business in 1991. Papadakisová founded two educational companies -- Kredo and Expertis. She initiated several social-educational projects that aim to bring wisdom to business, represented by the principles of usefulness, balance, simplicity, and humanity. She perceives the change of business culture as a way to make all of society healthier. Besides the traditional forms of education, she puts an emphasis on learning through stories. This was the core line of the We Learn through Stories project, honouring the uniqueness of our life stories. She also co-founded the Wise Women's Business Club and the New Culture Association.
