An inspiring talk by an inspiring yogi.

Abria studied extensively over the past 18 years, learning from many influential teachers of yoga, Vipassana meditation, and exercise science at Bastyr University in Washington state. After 5 years of beginners yoga, Abria sought out other forms of Hatha Yoga and was inspired to share the many philosophies and lessons learned from many international travels. His passion and lifestyle have allowed him to connect with many yogis from all over the world. In the last seventeen years he has lived and worked throughout the United States and Mexico, teaching in Thailand, Nepal, Italy, France and the Netherlands. When Abria is not abroad, he resides and works in the north San Francisco Bay area in Marin county.
