EGGLESS ✔️ VANILLA AND COCOA CAKE

You’ll need

¾ cup granulated sugar
2 tsp vanilla sugar
100 ml vegetable oil
300 ml milk
1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp cocoa powder

To grease the cake pan;
Butter

Here's how

1- In a mixing bowl, whisk ¾ cup of granulated sugar, 2 tsp of vanilla sugar and 100 ml of vegetable oil.
2- Add 300 ml of milk, 1 ¾ cups of all-purpose flour and 2 tsp of baking powder and carry on whisking to make a fluffy mix.
3- Pour half of the batter into the cake pan that you greased and floured.
4- Add 1 tbsp of cocoa powder into the remaining mix.
5- Pour the cocoa batter over the vanilla batter and using a skewer, swirl the mixture together.
6- Bake in an oven preheated at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes, until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.
7- Let it cool down and remove from the pan. Slice and serve. Hope you enjoy!
