Time Selame, a young Palestinian girl from besieged Gaza, uses her signature concoction to create embossed pictures to be used in children’s storybooks written in Braille for the visually impaired.

January 4 marks World Braille Day, celebrated internationally to raise awareness of Braille, a writing and reading system consisting of raised dots that are ‘read’ by the fingertips of the visually impaired.
