Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has called on Greece to stop militarisating islands in the eastern Aegean Sea.

His comments follow growing tensions between Türkiye and Greece. Ankara says Athens is violating agreements that keep the islands near the Turkish coast free of troops.
