This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. Emily talks about how the fear of failure will only lead to failure and how to overcome fear to be successful.

Emily Fleming is a Sophomore at Grosse Pointe South High School. 20 Time is a project where students are given one day a week to explore something they are passionate about. At the end of the year, the students share what they learned along the way.
