Michelle Chamuel, Vocalist, Producer & Composer (Amherst, Massachusetts USA) 12 October 2013

Michelle is a Massachusetts-born recording artist who has been making music since age 4. Michelle earned her BFA in music technology at the University of Michigan where she became the front woman for rock band, Ella Riot. The band operated for 5 years before going on hiatus in 2011. In 2012, Michelle participated on season 4 of NBC's The Voice - teaming up with international entertainment icon Usher Raymond, and taking home 2nd place. Now, Michelle returns to Western Massachusetts to create music and continue the elusive quest for enlightenment. She released her debut album, All I Want, as The Reverb Junkie, in September 2013.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
