HIV Children Stigmatized and Discriminated: BERLIN JOSE at TEDxGrd

BERLIN JOSE - A businessman turned Social Entrepreneur. His childhood interest prompted to set up a Non Governmental Organisation in the name of RUSS FOUNDATION, to cater to the needs of young children from deprived background with a special emphasis in the fight against HIV/AIDS. He helps a large number of children infected and affected by HIV/AIDS. As a mark of recognition, he was invited to meet the Microsoft Chairman, Mr. Bill Gates and his wife Melinda Gates, in Chennai in the year December 2005.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
