Human Performance: Jeremy Cross at TEDxStHelier

Jeremy talks about being part of the 'Legacy' consortium bidding to build the Olympic Games. His role was to help build a seamless team of the 3 main consortium partners. The Bid Leader described it as "the best work team experience I have ever had". The project was fast-paced, hugely meaningful and right in our sweet spot of preparing a team to perform to their potential.
