Leading with Energy and Spirit: Dr. Donde Plowman at TEDxLincolnWomen

Donde Plowmn is Dean of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln College of Business Administration. In her presentation she admits that almost everything she learned in her career as a leader in business and higher education has been changed as she studied two organizations. Studies and experiences with Mission Church, a large church in the Southwest and the College of Business Administration have brought her to a new realization of leadership. Her new views on leadership include energy and spirit, (transparency, talking and tracking).

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
