“Afzal Adam, a UK Muslim shop owner, has offered his help to the man who attempted to steal from him.

“The times are difficult for many of us at the moment, so if you are struggling to put food on the table, please come visit us in store to see how we can help,” Adam wrote on Twitter.

The would-be thief was stopped thanks to an automatic door lock, after which he handed the phones he had taken back to Adam and left.
