Ásdís shares her experience of discovering mindfulness at a point in her life when stress and anxiety were taking over. She teaches us how to implement mindfulness to increase our happiness and success.

Ásdís has a degree in cognitive behavioral therapy and a master's degree in communications. She has implemented mindfulness in teachers' education and into her every day life.
