You'll need

150 g beef (cut into bite size pieces)
1 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp vegetable oil
750 ml hot water
1 chopped onion
1 ½ cups rice
3 carrots
Water
Salt

Here's how

1- Cut 150 g of beef into bite-size pieces and combine with about 100 ml of water in a pan. Cook on low heat until boil dries.
2- Add in 4 tbsp of vegetable oil and 1 chopped onion and saute.
3- Continue to saute by adding 3 grated carrots into the pan.
4- Pour in 800 ml of hot water and bring to a boil after adding some salt and about 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
5- Add in 1,5 cups of rice that you soaked in hot water and mix. Let all the ingredients simmer gently until boil dry.
6- Cover the pan with paper towel and let it rest for 15 minutes.
7- One-pot beef and rice is ready to serve. Enjoy!
