You'll need

2 cloves of garlic, grinded
¼ cup of breadcrumbs
500 g of minced beef
1 onion, grinded
1 egg
Salt, cumin, paprika, black pepper
Roasted red bell pepper
Mozzarella cheese

Here's how

1- In a large bowl, combine 500 g of minced beef with 1 grinded onion and 2 cloves of garlic, ¼ cup of breadcrumbs, 1 egg, salt, cumin, paprika and black pepper. Knead all the ingredients thoroughly.
2- Cut a layer of cling film and spread it on the kitchen counter.
3- Take a tangerine sized piece from the mince mixture and place it on the cling film.
4- Fold the cling film over the minced beef ball and roll out to a 1 cm thick rectangle with the help of a rolling pin.
5- Cut the sides to form a perfect rectangle or square.
6- Layer the meat with a slice of roasted red bell pepper and mozzarella cheese.
7- Roll the meat layer by joining the sides of the cling film and pressing gently with hand .
8- You can have 12 rolls with these ingredients.
9- Melt and heat 1 tbsp of butter in a skillet.
10- Add in 4-5 grated tomatoes, salt, paprika and black pepper. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
11- Pour half of the tomato sauce over an ovenware and spread to cover the bottom fully.
12- Place the rolls in the tomato sauce and drizzle with the remaining tomato sauce.
13- Bake for 45-50 minutes in an oven preheated at 190°C.
14- Serve immediately. Enjoy!
