2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup flour
3/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese

For frying:
Vegetable oil

1 cup = 200 ml

Here's how

In a suitable mixing bowl, combine the milk, flour, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
Add the eggs to the mixture and continue whisking.
Finally, add the grated cheese to the batter and mix with a spatula until well combined. The batter should have a consistency similar to a runny cake batter.
Heat a pan over medium heat and add vegetable oil. Let the oil heat up.
Once the oil is hot, drop in spoonfuls of the batter, making sure to leave space between each one.
When the bottoms are golden brown, flip the fritters and cook the other side until golden as well.
Transfer the cooked fritters to a serving plate and repeat the process with the remaining batter.
Serve the fritters warm and enjoy!

Note: The consistency of the batter can vary depending on the size of the eggs. If the batter is too runny, you can add 2-3 more tablespoons of flour.
