Start by mix finely chopped parsleys with feta cheese Add vegetable oil and milk Brush some of the egg mix on the filo pastry Cover it with another filo pastry sheet Brush with egg mixture again and place the cheese-parsley Transfer on the baking paper Brush some egg yolk on the borek You can garnish with black cumin or sesame seeds Bake for about 20-25 minutes on 200C(400F) preheated oven

2 filo pastry
250gram (2 cups) feta cheese
2 eggs (one of them for top)
100ml (1/2 cup) milk
100ml (1/2 cup) oil
10 branches of parsley
Black cumin
