This will be one of your favorite appetizers!It is super easy to make and tastes great!These spinach boreks are made by filo and stuffed with spinach filling therefore it is very nutritious.When it comes to pastry triangles,you can get confused about how to fold it.After you watch our detailed video you won't have any questions about the preparation.Firstly we will start preparing the filling .The main ingredient of the recipe is spinach.We will season it with the onion and spieces.Pour the vegetable oil in a pan ,And dice an onion finely.Put into diced onions .Close the lid and saute for a while.Then add the boiled spinach and spieces,mix well.Let it cool down.Meanwhile prepare a sauce to brush the filo with;break an egg in a small bowl and whisk it.Add the milk and vegetable oil in beaten egg.

Place the filo on surface.Spread 2-3 spoons of mixture on the filo and brush with.Place the second filo and fold into half and then half again.Cut the filo into 5 cm strips.Brush with the mixture once again .Place a small spoonful of spinach filling on filo strip and fold the end over the filling to form a triangle, then continue to fold up the strip in triangles.Do the same with the remaing of filo strips.Place themn on the baking sheet and brush with egg yolk.Sprinkle with nigella seeds.Bake at 200C(400F) for 20-25 mins.Let it cool down to be puffy and it is ready to serve,enjoy!
