5 phyllo dough

For the filling;
300 g minced meat
1 onion
1 green pepper
2 tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
1/4 bunch parsley
60 ml oil
1/2 tablespoon tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

For the sauce;
125 ml milk
60 ml oil
1 egg white
1/4 teaspoon salt

For the edges;
1 egg yolk
